Dr. Christabell will present What Can Kerala Teach Canadians About People-Led Development?
Dr. Christabell P.J. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at University of Kerala, India. Her research areas include Microfinance and Poverty Alleviation, Social Capital Formation, Gender and Women Studies, Decentralization and Local Level Institutions, Environmental Economics and Natural Resource Management, Agriculture and Livelihood.
Her latest book entitled Inclusive Growth through Social Capital Formation: Is Microfinance an Effective tool for Targeting Women.
